This document is a working draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes how RISK PILOT currently operates, but it is not yet a final agreement. If anything here matters to your decision, please ask us before purchasing.
1. What you are buying
A licence to run the RISK PILOT expert advisor inside your own MetaTrader 5 terminal, for the period and on the number of MetaTrader accounts your plan covers. You are not buying the source code and you may not redistribute, resell or decompile the software.
2. What the software does — and does not do
It manages positions you have already opened: placing stops and targets, moving a stop to break even, trailing it, and syncing stops and targets across positions on the same symbol.
It does not decide what to trade or when. It does not provide advice, signals or forecasts. It cannot prevent a loss, and it cannot guarantee that an order is filled at any particular price — slippage, gaps, spread, requotes, broker rules and connectivity are outside its control and ours.
Trading leveraged instruments carries substantial risk and may not be suitable for every investor. Every order placed on your account remains your responsibility.
3. Licences and seats
A seat is one MetaTrader account. The licence binds to an account the first time the expert advisor checks in from it. You may move a seat between accounts from the customer portal, subject to a limit on how often within a rolling window.
Sharing your activation key outside the seats your plan covers is a breach of these terms and may result in the licence being disabled.
When a licence expires the expert advisor stops managing trades. It does not close positions, cancel orders or alter anything you have open.
4. Payment
Payment is in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Funds sent on any other network cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.
Payments are confirmed by a person, so there is a delay between paying and receiving your licence. Your licence, portal account and activation email are created once the payment is approved.
5. Refunds
Refund terms are not yet published. Please ask us before purchasing if this matters to your decision.
6. Availability
The licensing service is needed to confirm a licence. There is an offline grace window so a brief outage does not stop your trades being managed, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
