Draft — pending legal review

This document is a working draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes how RISK PILOT currently operates, but it is not yet a final agreement. If anything here matters to your decision, please ask us before purchasing.

1. What we collect when you buy

Your name, email address, country and, if you give it, your Telegram handle and MetaTrader account number. The MetaTrader number is optional and used only to help us help you — your licence is not tied to it.

Your chosen plan, the amount, and the payment reference or screenshot you submit as proof. We do not see or store card details, because we do not accept cards.

The IP address the order was placed from, kept as a record of the transaction.

2. What the expert advisor sends us

Each time it checks your licence it sends the activation key, your MetaTrader account number and server, and its own version. We record the endpoint, a short prefix of the key, that account number, the response and the time taken.

It does not send your trades, your balance, your positions, your orders or anything else about your account. It asks whether a licence is valid and is told yes or no.

3. Why we keep it

To issue and enforce your licence, to know which terminals a licence covers, to answer support questions, and to investigate abuse of a key.

4. How long

Order and licence records are kept while your licence exists and afterwards as the record of a transaction. API request logs are pruned on a schedule. An order nobody ever paid or approved is deleted after 90 days, because it holds personal data for someone who never became a customer.

5. Who else sees it

Our payment is on a public blockchain: a transfer to our wallet is visible to anyone, as it would be for any TRC20 transaction. We publish no wallet address to a third party on your behalf.

Email is delivered by our mail provider so that activation and receipt messages reach you.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

6. Your requests

You can change your name, phone and Telegram yourself in the customer portal. To correct your country, or to ask for a copy or deletion of your data, contact us — bearing in mind we may need to keep transaction records where the law requires it.

7. Contact

Email support@riskpilot.vip and we will answer.
